"We just returned from our 21st stay at the Tropical Manor. The welcome we received was unbelievable! Everyone at the Manor seemed truly glad to see us! Thanks to Dave, Lisa, Kramer, Sarah, Jay, John and Willard! Each of them went WAY beyond the call of duty. Thanks too to Audrey who continues to make the Tropical Manor a great place to stay!! Already counting the days to next year!!!!

"A Beautiful Essay Composed by Luke Tormoehlen, a loyal 2nd generation guest from Indiana.
In Daytona Beach, Florida there is a hotel called Tropical Manor. It is a colorful, hospitable hotel. It is always exciting to reach this destination for many reasons.
The roar of the ocean can be heard outside, and the calm sway of the air conditioning can be heard inside. When entering and exiting the hotel, there are free pencils, brochures, and sweet-tasting suckers. Outside the hotel, the walls are painted pink with original paintings of flowers to depict the warm Florida atmosphere. Sculptures of dolphins and the Blues Brothers are found around the building. Moving around to the beach side of the hotel, there is a swimming pool and a shuffleboard court. A gate from the hotel to the beach is the two way ticket to paradise. Going to the beach is great, because Daytona has the softest sand in America. There is always a gentle breeze to keep the balance of temperature just right. The sun always shined in Florida to bring back to Indiana a perfect tan. And the waves...well the waves were a cross between a beautiful piece of nature and a ferocious beast that always provded a thrill. Leaving the beach and going back to the hotel, was no let down though.
Inside, there are many rooms that bring shelter on moonlit Florida nights. The suites are well kept and clean. The main room included a wonderful ocean view, a television to watch March Madness, and a pull-out couch to sleep on. A kitchen was attached to the main room to store all essential vacation food items like Lays chips, powdered sugar donuts, and Diet Mountain Dew. The suite also had two beds in the back room.
This hotel had all the tools to a relaxing vacation. It was relaxing, fun, and the environment was pleasing. Overall, Tropical Manor in Daytona Beach, was most of all memorable."

"me and my family have stayed at tropical manor two times and plan on coming again this year '09' it is the best place to stay it is charming the owners and staff are very nice.It is very nice and clean they have things going on in the evening dj's and stuff to do after dark right on the premises The rooms are decorated so cute it is a very good family oriented place to stay you will LOVE it we do"

"I also came to the manor on my honeymoon a few years back,We never want to leave when we get there and cant wait to come back,we missed last year ,but were not gonna miss this year ,we brought our children last time ,now they cant wait to get back to the manor its so much fun and it feels like a comfortable second home,but at the manor we can go out our back door right to the beach our feet love to hit that sand! thank you so much for all the comforts of home away from home and much more ! you are very kind people who make us want to come back."

"I have never stayed in a hotel that has made me feel so at home, all the extras they do for you are great. The staff is the best, I'll never stay anywhere else when going to Daytona. I'm glad we found this place, we stayed their for Biketoberfest and had a WONDERFUL time!!! Were hoping to be their in Feb. and March for bike week in 2010.
No questions asks: THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY. Free homemade cookies on Tuesday and Thrusday and free movies out by the pool, sitting by the pool movie is so relaxing, you should try it! WE WILL STAY AGAIN SOON AT TOPICAL MANOR!!!"
